Before filling out the form below, please take note of the following:

• I have a dozen cookie minimum ($60), with prices varying depending on icing colors and design specifics

• I am based in Boca Raton, FL, and deliver to / service the following areas: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Coral Springs, Parkland, Highland Beach, and occasionally Miami, Fort Myers, and Tallahassee. There is a $10-$20 Delivery Fee

• I require a week minimum notice

• Cookies are vanilla sugar cookies with royal icing
